Job Description:

We're looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients . You'll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients
  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader
  • Translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management
  • Provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Knowledge and Support of existing solutions
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
