Our client is seeking a hands-on Oracle E‑Business Architect who can bridge functional, technical, and compliance domains. This role requires both strategic leadership and deep technical execution across architecture, design, configuration, development, and remediation work. The successful candidate will enhance internal controls within the ERP environment, address compliance-driven requirements, and lead ongoing solution delivery across core business cycles. This position is ideal for someone who combines architect-level vision with the ability to personally design and deploy robust Oracle EBS solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across core business processes, including cross-module functionality
Analyze business workflows, identify gaps, and design sustainable solutions with embedded controls
Resolve complex functional and technical issues, ensuring system reliability and audit readiness
Deliver high-quality RICEWR components using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, BI Publisher, Forms/OAF, and concurrent programs
Design integrations with internal and external systems using web services, file-based methods, and middleware platforms
Optimize technical performance through SQL tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis
Design and implement solutions aligned with internal control frameworks and compliance requirements
Remediate control deficiencies using workflow automation, exception reporting, and reconciliation tools
Build automated evidence generation, monitoring dashboards, and documentation utilities for audit support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS as a Solution Architect or Techno-Functional Lead
Advanced proficiency in solution architecture and custom development, including RICE, CEMLI, PL/SQL, APIs, Workflows, AME, Forms, OAF, BI Publisher, and web services
Proven success integrating Oracle EBS with external systems (e.g., PLM, CRM, MRP, financial systems)
In-depth understanding of internal controls, IT general controls, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements
Nice to have:
Oracle certifications, audit/security certifications, experience using GRC tools, or experience working in heavily regulated environments
