Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major tech player in Europe, is seeking an Oracle DBA Technical Lead for its Noida location. The role involves managing Oracle databases, performance tuning, cloud integration, and working in a 24/7 shift model. Candidates must have 6-8 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Managing Oracle database server
managing database objects
creating physical/logical standby databases
performance monitoring and tuning
Oracle software installation, upgrades, and patching
RMAN backup, restore, and recovery
troubleshooting and fixing database performance issues
database migration and cloud integration
participating in RCA and CAB calls
mentoring team members
database tuning and optimization
scripting and automation tasks
applying patches for standalone and RAC cluster servers
supporting 24/7 operations
documentation.
