We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX-Service Implementor to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will lead the implementation and integration of Oracle CX Service solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects while optimizing service processes and driving innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the implementation of Oracle CX Service solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment to address business needs
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Service Cloud and related modules like Oracle Field Service, Service Logistics, and Depot Repair
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
Configure workflows, business rules, and service request management within Oracle CX Service Cloud to enhance operational efficiency
Implement Oracle Field Service for scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management, ensuring smooth integration with Oracle CX
Set up and integrate Service Logistics and Depot Repair modules to support inventory management and repair processes
Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to verify system functionality
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle CX and its integrated modules
Provide training to end-users, develop documentation, and offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize system performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage Oracle CX capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational workflows
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Oracle CX solutions
At least 3 years focused on Oracle Service Cloud and its integration with related modules
Proficient in configuring Oracle CX Service Cloud, including workspaces, navigation sets, and custom objects
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service for scheduling, routing, and mobile workforce management
Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware for seamless integrations
Familiarity with Service Logistics for inventory tracking and Depot Repair for workflow management
Expertise in APIs, web services, and data mapping to connect Oracle modules with third-party systems
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for customizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize service processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
