Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Oracle CPQ Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide programming & troubleshooting support for Oracle CPQ applications
  • Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and efficient CPQ environment
  • Review existing and proposed solutions with a focus on performance, stability, and optimization
  • Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience
  • Implementation Experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows
  • Deep expertise in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM is desirable
  • Ability to support multiple geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of CPQ business processes, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
  • Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems to enhance efficiency
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce) is a plus
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes is beneficial
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting abilities
