Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, with additional knowledge of Oracle Fusion CX applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Oracle CPQ, and integrate with other enterprise applications. A strong understanding of UI/UX customization using HTML/CSS will be highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions
  • Configure product models, pricing rules, workflows, approvals, and commerce processes in CPQ
  • Integrate Oracle CPQ with Fusion Sales, Subscription Management, and other CX applications (good to have)
  • Provide support for customizations, extensions, and enhancements to Oracle CPQ
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Product, and Finance) to ensure solution alignment
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Create documentation including design documents, training materials, and user guides
  • Stay updated with Oracle CPQ and CX product updates and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ functional and technical components (BMQL, BML, Commerce, Config, Pricing)
  • Experience in designing and configuring complex product models and pricing rules
  • Proficiency in workflow, approval rules, document designer, and integrations (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into CPQ configurations
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodology

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion CX applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management, Incentive Compensation)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for CPQ-CX integrations
  • Knowledge of Fusion Analytics or CX Analytics
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, solution demos, and proof of concepts
  • Oracle CPQ or Fusion CX certifications
