Job Description

Position Title : Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Define project scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for cloud implementations
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and roadblocks, escalating as needed
  • Serve as primary contact, managing customer expectations and reporting progress to executives and sponsors
  • Control scope creep, manage change requests, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Allocate resources (people, equipment, subcontractors) and manage utilization

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, PPM) architecture and technical aspects
  • Expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proficiency in data migration, conversion strategies, and reporting frameworks
  • Solid SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or JavaScript skills for customization/extension
  • Grasp of general cloud computing concepts
  • Understanding of business processes within Finance, SCM (Supply Chain Management), HCM (Human Capital Management)
  • Knowledge of Project Costing, Control, Performance Reporting, Resource Management (for PPM roles)
  • Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, data, customization, and integration points
  • Leadership & Team Management: Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and motivating members in onsite/offshore models
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, including status reporting
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing expectations, gaining buy-in, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks inherent in cloud projects
