Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Lead who can independently drive customer engagements, conduct requirements-gathering sessions, design scalable solutions, and deliver Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations entirely from offshore. This role requires a highly skilled consultant who is both technically proficient and comfortable in a customer-facing capacity without the need for an onshore counterpart.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
  • Conduct business requirement workshops directly with customers from offshore, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, business process improvements, and Oracle Cloud Subscription Management capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams for any necessary customizations or integrations
  • Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Create documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption
  • Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Subscription Management enhancements and recommend optimizations accordingly
  • Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout different implementation phases

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle ERP Applications
  • At least 2 Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations working as a Subscription lead functional consultant or Architect
  • Excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
  • Hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base
  • Experience working on Oracle CPQ and Order Management Cloud
  • Must have good knowledge of SaaS Extensions (Groovy, Algorithms, Application Composer)
  • Knowledge of integrations with other modules including Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management, Order Management and CPQ
  • Good knowledge in Oracle Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management
  • Experience in configuring SLA rules and Oracle SCM – Order Management, Pricing and Product management
  • Good Knowledge of REST APIs and Integration Cloud
  • Experience with data conversions/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting
  • Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document set-ups
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, perform functional testing and conduct user training workshops
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with offshore teams
  • Bachelor’s degree, Management Information Systems, Management or Business Administration
