Requirements:

  • Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud-Supply Chain suite implementation and supporting with hands-on configurations
  • 7 yrs to 10 years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Supplier Portal Cloud and Oracle Supplier Qualification Cloud modules, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Assist with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Oracle Supplier Portal Cloud and Oracle Supplier Qualification Cloud areas
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
  • Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
  • A team player with the ability to embrace teamwork, effectively communicate, work across diverse team with a problem-solving mentality
