Job Description:

Experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This role focuses on delivering advanced functional support, solution design, and consulting for complex requirements and process optimization across Oracle Cloud Receivables and related O2C modules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert functional consultancy and support for Oracle Cloud O2C modules, including Receivables, Order Management, and Revenue Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex business requirements, issues, and workflow challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and change requests
  • Partner with business users to streamline O2C operations and address high-priority escalations
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Oracle Functional
  • Any Graduate, Preferred Commerce graduate, CA, MBA finance

  • Driving within the local market, ensures that DOT requirements such as load weight limits, driver log books, Vehicle Inspection Records, transportation permits, insurance cards, fuel trip reports, IFTA fuel stickers, or other paperwork is up to date and valid
  • Consults with customers pertaining to load conditions, drum counts or paperwork inconsistencies to ensure that materials can be properly transported to designated site(s)
  • Notify immediate supervisor of any moving violations and/or accidents in-route to and/or from sites
  • Assist in the loading/unloading of materials at designated sites utilizing appropriate equipment
