Job Description

Lead the Architecture Behind Enterprise-Scale Oracle Cloud Solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned Oracle Cloud technical leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will sit at the center of architecture, integration, and delivery, shaping Oracle SaaS and PaaS solutions that are scalable, secure, and performance-driven. You will influence technical direction, guide teams, and serve as a subject matter expert across Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP ecosystems. If you enjoy solving cross-platform challenges, advising stakeholders, and owning architectural outcomes, this role offers both visibility and longevity.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver Oracle SaaS and PaaS technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Define technical solutions that meet performance, scalability, and functional requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and advisory support across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on architecture and design principles
  • Assess existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and scalability
  • Lead and contribute to architectural decisions that impact multiple teams and platforms
  • Facilitate technical workshops and architecture discussions to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in Oracle Cloud architecture and integration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on, real-world project experience
  • Oracle Cloud Application Technical Expertise, including OTBI, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and Workflow Rules
  • Oracle Integration Cloud, with master-level proficiency
  • Oracle File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Human Capital Management Data Loader (HDL)
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle Cloud integrations and data movement solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is preferred
