A leading toy manufacturing company is hiring a Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials Configuration Lead to support their global IT transformation. This hybrid role is based at their headquarters in El Segundo, CA, or Fort Worth, TX, and involves managing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financials systems in a complex, multi-organization environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and execute configuration management for Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials across all system environments
  • Serve as the primary internal expert on Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support core financial process configurations including Record to Report, Order to Cash, and others
  • Lead migration activities, including creating and validating configuration snapshots for deployment
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to convert business needs into supportable system configurations

Requirements:
