Job Description:

Our client, a global leader in information management, digital transformation, and data center services, is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financial Systems Operations Lead for a full-time position. The Lead will be working a Hybrid schedule (1-3 days onsite) to support their migration from Oracle EBS platform to Oracle Cloud Financials. The Lead will act as the strategic liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners while working closely with the Director of the Support Team. The role requires a strong techno-functional background in Oracle Financials and a proven ability to resolve issues within the system and pinpoint here they are stemming from.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the strategic liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners

  • Support migration from Oracle EBS platform to Oracle Cloud Financials

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years’ experience with Oracle Financials
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials Experience
  • 5-8 years of IT service delivery or operations leadership supporting enterprise-scale platforms
  • Hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience
  • Strong ability to communicate and engage with the customers and leadership

Nice to have:

  • Experience converting Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to Agile delivery models, DevOps, and SRE practices
  • Experience driving automation and cloud-native operational improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree, Oracle Cloud certifications, CPA, PMP
