Job Description:

As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant, you will analyze business requirements and implement Oracle ERP solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, collaborating with teams, and delivering functional solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle ERP solutions tailored to client needs
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
  • Stay updated on Oracle ERP trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant (E-Bussiness Suite and/or Fusion Cloud) or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data migration and system upgrades
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management
