Oracle Apps DBA Technical Lead position focusing on Oracle EBS administration, database management, and technical leadership with 06-08 years of expected experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Strong Experience in handling System Administrator, Application Developer and Functional Administration Responsibility
  • Good experience on EBS Patching and Cloning Activities (EBS 12.2.x)
  • OEM Monitoring Experience Configurations and Support

Requirements:

  • Experience in installation, configuration, cloning, patching, migration of Oracle EBS R 12.2.x & R 12.1.3
  • Strong knowledge on ad utilities
  • Strong Knowledge on ADOP patching
  • Strong knowledge on PCP and concurrent managers
  • Experience in managing EBS application with Oracle 19c database
  • Experience in managing/supporting Oracle EBS in Production & Development environment
  • Experience in Implementation and administration of EBS in High Availability
  • Experience in building EBS DR
  • EBS Database migration and upgrades using methods/utilities like Data pump, RMAN backup/restore, data guard
  • Oracle DB Architecture experience in Oracle 11g, 12c ,19c
  • Strong Core DBA Skills in DB 11g/DB 12c/DB 19c
  • Experience in implementing multi-tenant architectures
  • Experience/Exposure in Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Data guard and Real Application Cluster (RAC)
  • Experience in Oracle Database migrations (preferably OCI DB Systems, ExaCS)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Analyzes problems, identifies solutions, and makes decisions
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally
  • Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
  • Any graduate/post graduate

Nice to have:

  • Experience in EBS SSO with OAM/OID
  • Upgrading EBS to 12.2.x
  • Experience in shell scripting
  • Supporting EBS during DR drills
  • Good architectural understanding of all technical aspects of a cloud solution including networking, security, resilience, and connectivity
  • Listen, understand, and analyze business requirements and compose, validate, and present the best possible OCI solution
  • Keep up to date with any new OCI based solution or capability
  • Understand functionality and interoperability of solutions across the OCI portfolio
