Oracle APEX & SQL QA Tester

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Oracle APEX applications and related SQL components
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and use cases
• Identify, document, and track defects
• collaborate with developers and sales ops coordinators to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Use Jira to log, prioritize, and monitor bugs, test tasks, and testing progress
• Validate SQL queries, stored procedures, and data flows to ensure accuracy and performance
• Prepare clear and practical user manuals and guides based on defined use cases to support end users
• Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs to provide feedback from a QA perspective
• Resolve tickets from our CPQ/CMS as assigned by our sales ops coordinators

• B.S. or higher with 3+ years work experience in QA, databases, or software development
• 1+ years working with Oracle SQL
• Experience testing Oracle APEX applications
• Strong SQL query writing for data validation
• Familiarity with QA processes and tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)

Working in Pet Health and/or a regulated environment is a plus
