Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Lead Developer with strong PL/SQL and APEX expertise, along with hands-on experience supporting and integrating custom Oracle applications with Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial close processes, business collaboration, and application support across onshore and offshore teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL
  • Support and enhance custom Oracle applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Work closely with business stakeholders on financial close processes, including month-end and quarter-end close activities
  • Support and manage systems related to suppliers, contracts, and financial workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues related to Fusion integrations
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and support
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development team members

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Oracle APEX development and PL/SQL programming
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in the close process
  • Experience supporting custom Oracle applications integrated with Oracle Fusion
  • Solid understanding of supplier management and contract systems
  • Proven ability to work directly with business users to understand and translate requirements
  • Experience working in a global delivery model with onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role
  • Exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting workflows
  • Experience in application support and production environments
  • Knowledge of integration technologies used with Oracle Fusion
