Job Responsibility:

  • Development of sophisticated, data-driven applications based on Oracle APEX
  • Analysis, problem diagnosis, and evaluation of requests (e.g., statistics, reports)
  • Creation, enhancement, and maintenance of database structures, reports, and dashboards with a focus on contact center statistics
  • Support of our expert team in ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Completed education in the field of databases (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) with a focus on Oracle
  • Several years of experience with relevant database and development environments: Oracle from version 11gR2
  • Oracle APEX from version 3
  • Oracle Database Gateways
  • Experience with Linux systems (Debian, Oracle Linux)
  • Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Confident handling of HTML and CSS
  • Strong team skills, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented work
  • Excellent German and English skills
