Job Description

An Oracle Analytics Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major public sector transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a newly formed analytics and AI function, driving data-led decision-making across HR, Finance, Commercial, and wider business services
  • Shape the organisation’s analytics strategy
  • Develop products using Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Lead a small team to deliver actionable insights at scale
  • Own and deliver a product roadmap for analytics, AI, and reporting
  • Play a key role in a high-impact transformation programme focused on modernising business services
  • Champion data governance, literacy, and evidence-based decision-making

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
  • A background in data product delivery across complex environments
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Strong data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud integration tools (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • The ability to lead a small team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
