As an Alliances Operations Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be instrumental in supporting Oracle operational excellence across a diverse range of regions. Your role will ensure that all Oracle-related programs and initiatives are executed smoothly, with a focus on program administration and delivering accurate and consistent reporting, KPIs, and metrics.
Job Responsibility
Administrational oversight of the Oracle Partner Program (OPN) distribution contracts to ensure they are activated at local subsidiaries and in synch with global account
Communication on OPN incentives, enablement opportunities, events to internal NTT DATA teams
Tracking and distribution of program benefits and credits to regional affiliates
Reporting & Metrics Management: Lead the analysis, collection, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for Oracle programs
Pipeline Management: Support the management of the Oracle Pipeline, ensuring accurate data tracking and visibility
OPN & Marketplace Management: Oversee the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) performance and Marketplace listings
Competencies & Service Delivery Programs: Track Oracle competencies and service delivery program performance
Global Coordination & Local Adaptation: Work collaboratively with teams across multiple regions
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of communication for Oracle operational goals and priorities
Requirements
Oracle Program Expertise: Familiarity with Oracle tools such as CCE, OPN, and Oracle Marketplace, and an understanding of the operational structures for Oracle service delivery programs
Sales systems expertise: familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, for deal opportunity progression
Knowledge of indirect sales process, distribution agreements
Operational Reporting: Ability to manage, analyze, and present large data sets effectively, ensuring actionable insights for decision-making
Dashboards & Tooling: Experience working with operational dashboards and reporting tools
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Attention to Detail & Process Management: Proven ability to manage accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment
Global and Local Mindset: Ability to adapt operational practices to different geographic and market conditions
Marketing support: Development of case studies, references, maintenance of web site and collaboration repository, newsletter creation and diffusion and event management, including on site
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role within cloud computing or technology
Experience with Oracle tools (e.g., CCE, OPN, Marketplace) is a plus
Familiarity with the local business environment and culture within the specific target geography
