Job Description

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IT Administrator (he/she) for our client from the information technology (IT) / software / computer services industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Administering and maintaining Oracle BI environments (BI Publisher and/or OBIEE)
  • Monitoring, configuring, and optimizing reporting processes
  • Ensuring system availability and providing operational support for business users
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and performing root cause analysis
  • Supporting system upgrades, patches, and implementations
  • Creating and maintaining technical and operational documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT Administrator
  • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
  • Solid understanding of IT system administration best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

Experience with both Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) is highly desirable
