Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OR1 solutions, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate across departments to drive the end-to-end sales process and ensure successful product launches
  • Enable sales effectiveness by providing tools, training, and support that strengthen customer engagement and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subsidiaries, and distributors to enhance trust and long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum with degree in Engineer/ Marketing/Business or relevant studies and working experience
  • 5 years of in regional sales / technical service / business service solutions
  • Proficient in medical product knowledge
  • Demonstrated strong regional market understanding
  • Strong communication skills to be able to work with various stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Project management skills needed to manage interdisciplinary ad-hoc and team projects
  • Proven track record to conceptualize, communicate and execute strategies with a keen focus on commercial viability
  • Quantitative and qualitative data crunching & data analysis
  • Customer centric mindset: passionate about solving Customers problems and qualify their needs, high level of integration mindset
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and cultures
  • Willing to travel within SEAT country

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, recommend solutions, and manage implementation of initiatives to improve planning and scheduling accuracy and adherence and overall asset management program
  • Collaborate with key customers and support groups regarding preventative maintenance activities and on time completion as well as manage aging work order backlog
  • Collaborate with corporate network groups to improve planning and scheduling performance in addition to improving programs within CMMS, Central Inventory, and Reliability to meet business needs
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of work order safety programs and planning procedures
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. cGMP, OSHA, EPA, etc.), experience interacting with regulatory agencies and inspectors, and familiarity with GMP quality systems/processes such as change control, non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions, and qualifications/validation
