Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership & Empowerment: Guide, mentor, and empower our dedicated team of Registered Nurses
  • Operational Acumen: Oversee all facets of clinical operations within the surgical unit
  • Patient & Team Advocacy: Be a compassionate voice for our patients, advocating for their well-being, while simultaneously championing the needs and professional development of your nursing staff
  • Performance & Growth Catalyst: Drive professional growth through targeted development initiatives, regular feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement
  • Dynamic Staffing & Resource Management: Strategically plan and optimize nursing staff schedules
  • Performance & Quality Oversight: Consistently measure and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing or equivalent education and experience, upon hire
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
  • one (1) year of leadership experience
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Required
