Job Description

OR Circulating RNs are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Their role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment. OR Circulating RNs are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. Their ability to maintain a professional approach while providing nursing care is critical in ensuring positive patient outcomes while keeping patients and their families informed. Will work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op. Job Responsibility

  • Providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases
  • Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Active TN RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
