Job Description:

Joining the Client team as a Sales Operations Analyst supporting the Options Sales business, you will be responsible for Susquehanna’s options sales desk’s post trade processes to provide a seamless client experience. This role involves working closely with our sales traders, traders, and counterparties. Due to the high volume of trades, we are looking for candidates who have exceptional attention to detail. This role will offer a great exposure to a front office Sales & Trading environment and will be an excellent opportunity if you have strong communication skills and an interest in financial markets. Being directly exposed to client interactions, a good level of commercial awareness is desired.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for post trade processes
  • Execution and allocation of orders through internal/external systems
  • Act as a first point of contact for any issues related to crossing and settling trades across multiple exchanges, countries and clients
  • Address each client’s specific post trade requirements and tailor the process to their needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall process, automate tools where possible in order to enhance the broader desk’s performance and efficiency
  • Liaise with other teams to develop and work on ad hoc projects aimed at improving the team’s workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions and use own initiative
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Python a plus
  • Experience in financial markets is not required although we welcome those with experience
