As an Optimization Lead on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you’ll play a vital role in maximizing the performance of our customers’ campaigns. You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns exceed expectations, while continuously learning and applying best practices to optimize results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, analytics, and making a direct impact on client success.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for client improvements
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies
  • Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and improve results
  • Generate internal and external reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with account managers to align campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences
  • Attend client calls to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and perspectives (POV)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical experience (digital media preferred)
  • Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by monitoring/identifying trends with data
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-obsessed and proactive approach to solving complex problems
  • Experience with collaborating with Product, R&D and Business teams
  • Strong ability to turn numbers into insights, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • University degree in a technical area
  • Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members
  • Ability and willingness to work with AI tools for campaign analytics and performance optimization
