As a Master Planner at ASML, you play a key role in ensuring reliable delivery of advanced technology that powers the world’s most innovative chips. By creating robust planning strategies, you enable smooth operations across global teams and contribute to the future of high-tech innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute planning strategies that balance business needs, costs, and risks
Collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to ensure delivery of reliability and meet output and inventory targets
Developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS), balancing business opportunities, costs, and risks
Lead end-to-end planning across all demand types and align plans across supply chain, factories, and sourcing
Drive the monthly Demand & Supply (D&S) cycle with an 8-quarter horizon to optimize module output
Contribute to long-term manufacturing readiness (MR) capability assessments (10-year horizon)
Execute and monitor the D&S plan, manage deviations, and control critical paths and decision gates
Improve planning processes, methodologies, and tools
Define and manage optimal buffer strategies across the value chain to reduce inefficient inventory
Support reverse planning for field operations (“As-New” planning)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or degree in related field
5+ years of relevant experience in a production environment, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume, discrete manufacturing environment
Experience with Master Planning, S&OP, and MPS
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Experience leading or participating in supply chain improvement projects
