Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and assist customers with all vision care needs, including eye exams, frame selection, and lens options
  • Use advanced digital tools to help customers understand their vision requirements
  • Guide customers through the eye exam process and explain prescription details clearly
  • Provide expert advice on frame styles, optical products, prescriptions, and accessories
  • Leverage Amazon’s digital systems to manage prescriptions, process orders, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with optical standards and health regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • optician certification is a plus
  • Solid understanding of optical products, lenses, and frame fitting techniques
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using technology and digital platforms to support customer needs
  • Previous experience in optical retail or vision care services preferred
  • Familiarity with optical terminology and vision care processes
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
