The position is responsible for promoting maintenance safety and overseeing maintenance activities under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, Electrical Team Lead, and acting ADR Technician. Position is for Shift A.
Job Responsibility
Collaborates with plant maintenance leadership to develop preventative maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and optimize labor utilization
Assists with Team member Trainings and Skill Validations
Supports the Management Team to develop preventative downtime associated to defects. Also continuously improving on reducing the downtime
Responsible for achieving adequate recovery rates in collaboration with team members
Assists Quality Control Team on achieving AQL on defect specifications
Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant operations and maintenance crews
Supports and executes plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve the plant’s key performance goals for overall maintenance performance and Quality Downtime
Assures production schedules are met and all issues are resolved and communicated in a timely fashion. Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety standards and to meet customers Quality Specifications
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must possess superior equipment troubleshooting skills with ability to think outside the box while following all plant safety policies and procedures
Good communication Skills
Ability to complete the LOTO validation for area
Must hold sanitation qualification
Maintain, abide by, and set the example for all safety rules, sanitation regulations, and quality standards set by Lamb Weston
