Job Responsibility

Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively as part of the management team to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence
Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with team training and always role modelling a customer first mindset
Take shared responsibility for opening/ closing the store, ensuring that all operational processes have been followed
Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes and maintain IOLLA's high standards
Support with all aspects of Store Operations

Contribute towards building an IOLLA Community within Glasgow
