1-3 years previous experience in industrial maintenance, diagnosis and repair (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing and optical industry desirable
Must be able to read and write English
Requires accuracy, some mental effort and occasional organization and planning

Job Responsibility

Performing Preventative Maintenance on all equipment, maintaining PM checklists
Handling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down time
Services and maintains Edgers, Generators and Blockers
Cleaning, changing parts, performing checks, calibrating
Identify issues and perform repairs
Assist with installations, fabrications, servicing of other equipment and systems in the lab
Follow all safety measures, Lock out / Tag out procedures and utilize PPE if required

Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred
