Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our store in Frankston. We are a tight-knit bunch of down to earth individuals who look for ways to relentlessly improve on everything we do. Our people and the interactions we have with one another and with our customers are what defines the essence of who we are.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the best possible experience to customers
Meet customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
Help solve customer vision problems
Achieve and drive results through excellent customer service

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry
Willingness to learn optical skills
Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Ability to work in a fast paced, growing business
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems
Passion for building rapport with team
Love of achieving and driving results through excellent customer service
Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

Nice to have:

Previous optical experience
