Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Part Time Optical Assistant for our flagship store in Chermside. Joining the Bailey Nelson team, you’ll channel your passion and commitment into delivering the best possible experience to your customers every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver the best possible experience to customers
  • Meet customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
  • Help solve customer vision problems

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry
  • Optical experience (a plus)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Passion for creating amazing customer experiences
  • Energy and adaptability in a fast-paced business
  • Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
  • Problem-solving ability using critical thinking and product/optics knowledge
  • Passion for building rapport with team
  • Drive for achieving results through excellent customer service
  • MUST be available for 26 hours per week, worked across Sunday, Monday and Thursdays
