Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our store in Byron Bay. Joining the Bailey Nelson team, you'll channel your passion and commitment into delivering the best possible experience to your customers every day.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering the best possible experience to customers
Meeting customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
Helping solve customer vision problems

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry
Optical experience (willing to learn if no experience)
Passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Energy and adaptability in a fast-paced business
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
Problem-solving ability using critical thinking and product/optics knowledge
Passion for building rapport with team
Drive for achieving results through excellent customer service
Full weekend availability and flexible availability across weekdays
