We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our client's expanding team. As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional eye care to those who need it most, particularly the elderly and often overlooked members of our community. Job Responsibility:

Conduct pretests for patients and support the optometrist during clinic sessions
Dispense glasses with the level of care you would expect for yourself
Deliver and fit glasses with precision to enhance someone's quality of life
Maintain accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients remember your exceptional care
Skillfully repair glasses to help keep patients' vision clear and comfortable

Requirements:

At least 1 year of optical experience is required
GCSEs in Math and English or equivalent
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
A full UK manual driving licence
