Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our store in Kotara. We are a tight-knit bunch of down to earth individuals who look for ways to relentlessly improve on everything we do. Our people and the interactions we have with one another and with our customers are what defines the essence of who we are.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the best possible experience to customers every day
Meet customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
Help solve customer vision problems and achieve the best outcome

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or similar industry
Optical experience is a plus but willingness to learn
Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems
Passion for building rapport with team
True love of achieving and driving results through excellent customer service
MUST have full weekend availability and flexible availability across weekdays
