• Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry
• Optical experience (a plus but not required if willing to learn)

• Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
• Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems
• Passion for building a strong rapport with team
• True love of achieving and driving results through excellent customer service
• MUST have full Saturday availability and flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
