Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our store in Coomera. Joining the Bailey Nelson team, you’ll channel your passion and commitment into delivering the best possible experience to your customers every day.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the best possible experience to customers
Meet customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
Help solve customer vision problems

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or similar industry
Optical experience (willing to learn if no experience)
Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Love of being in a fast paced, growing business
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems
Passion for building rapport with team
Full weekend availability and flexible availability across weekdays
