Job Description:

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our store in Paddington. Joining the Bailey Nelson team, you’ll channel your passion and commitment into delivering the best possible experience to your customers every day.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the best possible experience to customers every day
Meet customers' frame styling and eyecare needs
Help solve customer vision problems and achieve the best outcome for every customer

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry
Willingness to learn (optical experience a plus)
Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements
Ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems
Passion for building a strong rapport with team
True love of achieving and driving results through excellent customer service
MUST have flexible availability across weekends and full availability Tuesday and Friday
