Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established high street opticians for an aspiring Optical Assistant. We are looking for an individual that is well-presented, has great communication skills, has the right attitude and can provide our clients with exceptional customer service and an amazing eyewear experience.

Requirements:

Commercially minded and able to push the business forward
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent dispense skills at all levels
Well organised & with administrative skills
A desire to provide the very best in quality customer care
A charismatic personality with a positive attitude and energy
A flair for fashion and style with an eye for detail
The ability to be engaging and warm
Enjoy working as part of a team & working on their own
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Have a passion for luxury brands and quality products
Well-presented
Great communication skills
The right attitude
Can provide clients with exceptional customer service and an amazing eyewear experience
A proven track record of sales and customer service is essential

Nice to have:

Previous optical experience is not essential
Knowledge with passion for style, an eye for detail and the ability to work as a team as well as individually whilst adopting our core values of exceptional customer service and care is desirable
