Job Description:

As first point of contact for all customers, our team members will support our Optometrists with pre-testing, offer our customers frame styling advice, dispense glasses with various lens options, and build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm: Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
  • Practical Abilities: Previous retail/customer service experience is required
  • Optical experience will be highly desired
