Ops Support Specialist

• Perform semi-annual and transfer reviews by comparing the employee’s entitlements to the Job Profile Matrix (JPM)
• Complete entitlement requests in Citi Marketplace (CMP) for new hires and existing employees via requests loaded to the CEG SharePoint site
• Perform annual reviews of the JPM’s with Operations management to ensure they are complete and accurate
• Support the onboarding of new system and partner entitlements, including the creation of new id’s/profiles

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated high level of written and oral English communication/Interpersonal/negotiation skills
• Should be confident, Self-driven, organized, analytical/Problem solving Mindset, able to identify obstacles and find ways to overcome them
• An open and participatory style that encourages creativity, cooperation and sharing of information across different teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
• Should be flexible with work shifts and be ready to work in different shifts with short notice
