Job Description:

The Ops Support Specialist 3 provides operations support services, including record maintenance, account handling, and documentation. Responsibilities include supporting products and services, identifying gaps, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • document processes in an accurate and detailed manner and follow established procedures to complete complex assignments
