Job Description:

The Ops Support Intermediate Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services such as documentation maintenance, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts. Acts as liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The objective is to align with operations support infrastructure and processes to deliver operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills
Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
Apply project management to assist operational projects
Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes
Develop process improvements and solutions to streamline workflows
Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment and discretion
Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Facilitate testing and validation of all projects impacting Branded Cards Accounting

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level knowledge of related industry standards and practices
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Pega experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and understanding of risk and controls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
