Job Responsibility

  • Process and monitor trade transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Manage purchase and sales activities, including adjustments and deviations
  • Review and reconcile cash activity, deposits, and payments on a daily basis
  • Prepare reports related to trading, securities, and cash flow forecasts
  • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor and oversee expense accounts and pricing adjustments
  • Support order management processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Utilize PC skills to manage data entry and reporting tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with human resources administration and related operations tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in trade processing, order management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cash management, payments, and daily deposit processes
  • Familiarity with trading, securities, and accounting functions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications and data entry
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and forecasts
  • Experience with customer service and operational oversight
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage adjustments and deviations effectively
