Job Responsibility:
Define Ops strategic vision on Company’s key topics, drive alignment on priorities at Company level to turn our vision into reality
Develop a strong understanding of landscape and market trends, define priority use cases, explore build/buy/partner options, etc.
Own and implement strategic projects (such as the launch of new insurance products, internalisation of processes, creation of new health services offering)
Industrialize to reach operational excellence by building a granular understanding of our operations, tracking operational and financial efficiency, identifying risks and areas of improvement and implementing plans (automation for instance)
Perform, monitor and scale daily business operations
Supervise and grow the team of insurance operators or health professionals
Coach and mentor team members helping them grow and offering the right platform to learn
As a senior member of the team, we expect you to edit the way we work and make sure team members continuously get feedback and develop new skills
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
Fully fluent in English and Spanish/French/Dutch
High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
Capable of building automations (Zapier, n8n…)
Excel at launching and steering projects by setting the high level vision and monitoring the day to day progress
Strong at optimizing processes while never compromising with members’ delight
Comfortable in fast-paced environments: you know how to deal with uncertainty, remaining proactive and focused on efficiency
Love to collaborate with transversal teams, not afraid to be hands-on nor to challenge past decisions
