Job Responsibility:

  • Define Ops strategic vision on Company’s key topics, drive alignment on priorities at Company level to turn our vision into reality
  • Develop a strong understanding of landscape and market trends, define priority use cases, explore build/buy/partner options, etc.
  • Own and implement strategic projects (such as the launch of new insurance products, internalisation of processes, creation of new health services offering)
  • Industrialize to reach operational excellence by building a granular understanding of our operations, tracking operational and financial efficiency, identifying risks and areas of improvement and implementing plans (automation for instance)
  • Perform, monitor and scale daily business operations
  • Supervise and grow the team of insurance operators or health professionals
  • Handle external partnerships (teleconsultations, etc.)
  • Coach and mentor team members helping them grow and offering the right platform to learn.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish/French/Dutch
  • High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
  • Capable of building automations (Zapier, n8n…)
  • Excel at launching and steering projects by setting the high level vision and monitoring the day to day progress
  • Strong at optimizing processes while never compromising with members’ delight
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments: you know how to deal with uncertainty, remaining proactive and focused on efficiency
  • Love to collaborate with transversal teams, not afraid to be hands-on nor to challenge past decisions.
