Job Description

FULL TIME DRIVERS REQUIRED. Positions are available for LGV Drivers to work from our Nottingham site, carrying out household removals. Team camaraderie promoted as you will be working as part of a team, carrying out moves for different customers every day. No two days in the role are the same. The role is physically demanding. Full time hours of work: 5 days per week plus overtime and occasional weekends.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained
  • Driving long or short distances
  • Packing, wrapping, loading and unloading customer’s goods
  • May involve some occasional weekend working and some nights away
  • Occasionally responsible for undertaking the duties of a Move Team Member
  • Demonstrate the potential and desire to develop towards the Move Team Leader role

Requirements

  • Previous experience in removals is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Clean UK Driving licence
  • Good level of fitness
  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Tightly run and improve our weekly project staffing and scheduling process, deciding the optimal allocation of agents across new and existing projects, including prioritization and trade-off discussions with multiple stakeholders, managing their expectations around balancing priorities and when to start, stop and continue projects
