NAVBLUE is a leading services company, wholly owned by Airbus, dedicated to Flight Operations solutions and services for airlines and aircraft operators, on the ground and onboard. NAVBLUE combines aircraft manufacturer expertise, flight operations know-how and agile development to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resources and increase productivity, for a safe and sustainable aviation. We are seeking a Deal Manager for OCC Solutions (Ops & Crew Management) to drive business growth. You will be the bridge between our Product and Sales teams, ensuring that our commercial proposals are technically sound, profitable, and aligned with our long-term strategy. Your mission is to secure order intake and revenue targets while optimizing our delivery resources.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with commercial teams during the qualification stage and represent NAVBLUE at industry events
  • Execute the 'Bid/No-Bid' strategy, prioritize the sales pipeline, and provide approved pricing to meet profitability targets
  • Lead the technical response to RFPs, securing the scope, deployment timelines, and support conditions committed to the customer
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Product' during negotiations, reviewing and approving deviations from standard terms
  • Coordinate and run product trials for active commercial pursuits
  • Ensure deployment progress matches initial assumptions and leads discussions if contractual amendments are required
  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Management to validate revenue targets and monitor implementation progress

Requirements

  • Strong background in Airline Flight Operations within an OCC environment
  • Prior experience as a system administrator or trainer for an airline operations and crew system
  • Prior exposure to business management or contract negotiation
  • Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability
  • English proficiency at a negotiation level
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and global partners
  • High energy, self-motivated to overachieve goals
  • Collaborative team-player mindset
