Job Responsibility

  • Administration and preparation of medical records and documentation
  • Efficiently scan documents using Opex scanners, achieving 800+ pages per hour
  • Escalate errors and queries as needed to maintain quality
  • Address system and hardware errors promptly
  • Meet operational performance targets consistently
  • Perform manual handling of boxes, up to 15Kg
